We are delighted with our Ofsted report that recognises the huge progress the school has made. We are committed to providing our students with an excellent education and ensuring our students achieve results that will give them the freedom to enter the next stage of their education. Our culture of high expectations and aspirations is closely linked to our motto, libertas per cultum, and high levels of academic achievement. Our students benefit from our knowledge-rich curriculum that challenges and excites them. Our teaching staff work hard to ensure that students express themselves accurately and with confidence both orally and in writing.

Key Stage 4 Examination Results - 2024/2025

A fantastic performance year with our Year 11 students matching results from last academic year.

 Summary:

• Attainment 8 score: 41.6
• 57.6% of students achieved a grade 4+ in both English and Maths 
• 38.8% of students achieved a grade 5+ in both English and Maths 
• 69.8% of students achieved a grade 4+ in English Language & English Literature (Above National) 
• 63.3% of students achieved a grade 4+ in Maths (Above National)
• 100% of students achieved a grade 5+ in Latin
• 75% of students achieved a grade 4+ in Geography
• 94% of students achieved a grade 4+ in Computer Science

 A fantastic performance year at Laureate with our Sixth Form students achieving approximately 0.8 of a grade better than the previous year.

• Average Grade: C+ 
• Over 14% of students achieved A*-A Grades
• Over 57% of students achieved A*-C Grades
• Physics, Maths and Classics made exceptional progress
