WBD 2026 Competition Winners
To mark World Book Day 2026, our students took part in not one but two exciting creative competitions this term!
Design a Bookmark Competition
Our first challenge invited students to design a brand‑new Laureate Academy bookmark—and they certainly rose to the occasion! We received an incredible range of creative and colourful entries.
A huge congratulations to Rimas A. (Year 10) and Alice A. (Year 7), who were awarded joint first place. Their brilliant designs will now become our official Laureate Academy 2026 Bookmark!
Creative Writing Competition
We were blown away by the imagination and talent shown across the school, with hundreds of entries submitted. After careful judging, we selected a top three from each year group, Years 7 through 10.
A massive well done to all the students listed below—and to everyone who took the time to enter. Your creativity made this year’s competition truly inspiring!
